Delivery and Return Policy

1. Delivery Terms

Our platform primarily offers digital services (posting listings, featuring, etc.). Digital services are automatically assigned to your account and performed instantly upon successful completion and approval of the payment process. No physical shipping is provided.

If a physical product sale has occurred, the product will be delivered to the cargo within the time specified on the order page (unless otherwise stated, within 3-5 business days following the order).

2. Return Conditions

In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, services performed instantly in the electronic environment and intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly are among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Therefore, if the purchased listing, membership period, or digital content has been used/published, no refund can be made.

  • If incorrect or duplicate payments have been made, refunds will be processed promptly upon notification to us.
  • If the service fee was collected but your listing could not be published due to a technical failure caused by the service or infrastructure, a full refund will be provided.

3. Requesting a Return

You can submit your return or cancellation requests by sending an email to mehmeterenballi@gmail.com or through the communication channels on the platform. Stating your order date, amount, and reason in your request will expedite your process.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back without intermediaries using the same payment method you used for the transaction. The reflection of payments made by credit card onto the card may take 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank's processing procedures.
