BUYER:
The natural or legal person placing an order or making a payment electronically through the platform.
2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and performance of the product, listing rights, or service ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's platform.
3. Basic Characteristics, Price, and Payment Method of the Product/Service
The type and kind, quantity, brand/model, color, and sales price including all taxes of the product or service are as specified on the relevant pages on the platform. Payments are collected via credit/debit card through the intermediary payment institution system (e.g., Iyzico, Polar).
4. Delivery and Performance Terms
Service delivery, in the case of digital services (e.g., publishing a listing), occurs instantly in the electronic environment right after payment is approved. If physical products are involved, they are delivered to the address provided by the BUYER within the specified commitment period.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery of the contractual service to themselves or the organization at the address indicated (from the establishment of the contract in services) without assuming any legal or criminal responsibility. However, services performed instantly in the electronic environment (e.g., published listings or digital subscriptions) are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, and this right cannot be exercised once these services have started to be used.
6. Resolution of Disputes
In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees in the place of residence of the BUYER or where the transaction was made are authorized up to the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Trade; in cases exceeding these limits, Consumer Courts are authorized.
